Q: Which file format does the clips have and which player do I need?
A: We are using wmv format (windows media video) and sometimes avi format (Divx). We recommend windows media player 11 or higher. You can download it here.

Q: Do I need to download the clips I want to watch?
A: No. you have two options to watch a clip. The first option is to download the clip(s), mouseclick right on the clip icon and choose "save target as". The second option is watch the clip(s) online. Therefore you click on the clip icon and choose "open".

Q: A clip i have downloaded does not work properly. What can I do?
A: All of our uploaded clips are tested by a staff member of our site. But from time to time it happens that a clip gets corrupted by uploading it to our server. In this case please contact the webmaster. We will check it and reload the clip.
